  1. The complainant consumer, Senior Citizen Hirabhai D. Shah had taken insurance of Rs. 100000 from United India Insurance Company. He had paid all his premiums for more than 11 years regularly. When he approached Insurance Company the panel doctor recommend to insured him. During live insurance policy he was hospitalized due to his heart problem and insurance company rejected his claim saying that he had the problem of high B.P. and Diabetes. He came to us and after fighting long legal battle we filed a case in Gujarat State Consumer dispute redressal Commission and he got the Compensation of Rs.68,824 recently.
  2. Mr. Pradipkumar Shah and his wife had taken the tickets of Boston, Califoniya to Ahmedabad from Singapore Air lines. They have booked their 2 tickets for Rs.118600 through SITC. When they reached to the airport they came to know that flight had been cancelled and they were not informed at all. The complainant has to spend extra accommodation and Taxi Fare and they got compensation of Rs.50,000 and with 9% interest till the date of realization by the Ahmedabad District (Rural) Consumer Dispute Redressal forum.
  3. Mrs. Manishaben Parmar and her husband Mr.Nayendr Parmar had an agreement with builder Arvindbhai Sawaliya for Rs. 2000000.As per the agreement's term and condition they had taken a due permission from the corporation for resident purpose, but there was no progress in construction after a year. They had paid Rs.400000 in advance to the builder. They came to us and we filed a case and they got the compensation of Rs. 400000 with 9% interest till the date of realization and 10000 for mental harassment.
  4. Swift solution international had given the advertisement in reputed news paper for higher studies with 100% job gurantee. They cheat students by deficiency in service one of the students Bhargav Trivedi came to us and with the help of Mr. Ajay Tomar, Joint commission of police he got justice and compensation of Rs.150000 and for rest of amount the dispute is going on.
15th March- WORLD CONSUMER RIGHTS DAY
24th December- NATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS DAY

We celebrate 15th March and 24th December every year. On that day we give different types of progammes for consumer awareness to the society. We celebrate 15th to 21st March and 24th to 30th December, the whole week as the Consumer Awareness Abhiyan. In this type of we distribute pamphlets, memos, and also a free complaint form. We give strong, powerful and effective presentation for consumer rights and duties. To solve consumer complaints we file a case in the consumer court and take legal action whenever required. We represent the consumer matters to the concerned Authority and we get the best results.

All these Programs, Activities have coverage in Print Media and Electronic Media Not only in Gujarat but also in all over India only this Organization has been giving news related to the Consumer Protection and Awareness since last 40 years.

Universal Issue Of Adulteration

Through this organization we are giving Strong Agitation against Adulteration. We have found mixture in Food Grains like in milk, oil, Ghee and Spices and we have sent Sample of all these for Laboratory testing. For this we have used Government of Gujarat's kit.

Burning Issue of Short Supply/ Under Weight of LPG Cylinder,PNG,Petrol Pump.

Dealers and Traders are doing deception/Fraud in weights and measures. For the Protection of consumer rights we have filed a number of cases in consumer court. We forced Officers of State Government's Legal Metrology Department to take strict legal action against these types of dealers and traders.

Electricity Power Supply

Against the price hike in Electricity our Organization has been fighting since last 20 years. And we have filed number of cases as an objector in Gujarat Electricity Regulatory commission. And we have given strong representation for the benefit of corers of Electricity consumer in hearing. Like we have filed PIL (Public Interest Litigation) against Torrent Power Ltd in Consumer Court for the Practicing of Unfair trade Practice and in deficiency in service.

Issue of PDS (Public Distribution Service)

In the matter of Rashan Cards there are number of Corruptions are going on. So the poor Consumers do not get any advantages of this PDS. For the benefit of them we represent this matter to the Central and State Government.
